Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Booking: Once your session is booked, it is non-refundable as your allocated time slot is reserved specifically for you and unavailable to others. Missed Sessions: If you fail to attend your scheduled session, no refund will be provided, and no further sessions will be booked. If there are extenuating circumstances we will consider to reschedule your session. Rescheduling Policy Notice Requirement: If you need to change the date or time of your session, you must contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours in advance. Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we will use our discretion to accommodate such cases where possible. Limit on Rescheduling If your session is rearranged three times, it will not be rearranged again unless at our discretion, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
